In the words of my 8yr old “IT”S SUMMER TIME WE DO WHATEVER WE WANT!
That was definitely the case. I have never enjoyed summer vacation as much as I enjoyed the summer of 2012. This summer started off great, turned bumpy but quickly became smoother than the king of pop in smooth criminal. I took a break from updating statues, tweeting, reading tweets and all the social media stuff that slows us down from living our lives to the fullest.
I spent much needed time with my daughter, tightened my bond with my sisters; reached out to some old friends I kind of forgot about and learned a lot about myself along the way. Yes, call me crazy. I talk to myself, question myself and even debate myself (LOL). This summer I took ME 101, where I was the teacher and student while God was The Principal.
Rejuvenated and ready to take the world by storm!
